These terms govern access to the ROOF private beta and its athlete-monitoring features.

ROOF is operated by Jacob Ogle in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. You must be at least 18, provide accurate account details and be able to enter this agreement. Do not create an account for somebody else without lawful authority.
Private beta
ROOF is still being tested. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Access may be limited or withdrawn to protect users, investigate misuse or improve the service. Important records should not be stored only in ROOF.
Not medical care
ROOF organises self-reported information and provides general decision-support prompts. It does not diagnose an injury, predict injury, prescribe treatment, provide medical clearance or replace a qualified clinician. A score or status must not be the sole basis for training, selection, treatment or return-to-play decisions. Seek appropriate clinical or emergency help when symptoms are concerning.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep sign-in details confidential and tell the operator if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not attempt to access another person’s data, interfere with the service, introduce malicious material, scrape the service or use it unlawfully. Coaches must use shared data only for the stated team-monitoring purpose and respect an athlete’s sharing choice.
Your content and privacy
You retain rights in information you enter. You give ROOF the limited permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service. Health information is processed only after explicit consent. The Privacy Notice explains data use in more detail.
Pricing and cancellation
The private beta is currently free and billing is not active. Planned launch pricing is shown on the landing page. Creating an account now does not start a trial or subscription. Before billing begins, ROOF will present the final price, billing period, cancellation rights and payment terms for acceptance.
Intellectual property
ROOF’s software, interface, brand and original content remain the operator’s property or are used under licence. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, ROOF is not responsible for decisions made by treating scores or general prompts as medical advice, or for losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
Ending access and governing law
You may stop using ROOF at any time and may withdraw health-data consent in Settings. ROOF may suspend access for serious misuse or security reasons. These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland; consumers retain any mandatory rights and court protections that apply where they live.
