Billing is not active in the private beta, so ROOF is not currently taking subscription payments or starting trials.

Private-beta access is currently free. Creating an account does not start the advertised 7-day trial, create a paid subscription or require a payment card. There is therefore no beta subscription payment to refund.
When billing launches
The planned individual, team and club plans will include a 7-day trial with no card required. A user will need to choose and authorise a paid plan after the trial to continue. ROOF will show the total price, billing period and cancellation process before taking payment.
Cancellation
Planned monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal. Access will normally continue to the end of a paid billing period. Ending coach access or withdrawing health-data consent is separate from cancelling a future subscription.
Cooling-off and faulty service rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation and refund rights for online services, including a 14-day cancellation period. Where a consumer expressly asks a paid service to begin during that period, the law may permit a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Rights relating to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill are not limited by this policy.
Team and club arrangements
Business or organisation plans may also be governed by an order form or written agreement. Any additional terms will be provided before payment and will not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
